Helium Tank Rental
Helium Tank Rental can save you quite an amount of money when compared to buying balloons prefilled with helium,
especially if you are considering having 50 balloons or more. There are several factors you should be aware
of before you opt for a helium tank rental:
All helium tank rental cylinders need to be secured; this is the renter's responsibility. Helium is a non-toxic,
non-flammable gas, however it is dangerous to breathe in the gas from the cylinder, or even from an inflated
balloon. We recommend that you transport the helium tank rental cylinder in the trunk of your car. If you must
transport it in the passenger compartment, make sure it is secured and you have at least one window open at all
times.
Customers will be charged for broken, damaged and missing helium tank rentals not in use and protected
from the weather. Check with the management of hired halls, convention centers, restaurants and parks to make sure
they will take care of our equipment for you before we have it delivered there on your behalf or should you have to
leave it there.
A lot of times the vendor will require a deposit before he will give you a helium tank retanl. Its is essential
to return the tank within the agreed upon time. You will be charged for extra days if you do not return it
and the surprise could be quite large. Please review the policy before you sign up and leave a deposit. Most
rental places will charge you a deposit of $50-$200. As mentioned earlier you will also be responsible for
damages to the helium tank you have rented. Keep in mind if you want to not worry about such details you
should either purchase a small helium tank or go with prefilled balloons from a party store.
